Two services

Choose by the caller ID the called party should see.

  • S1

    Termination with DITCOM numbering

Calls reach Chilean numbers presenting a Chilean number that DITCOM assigns to your account. Every presented number has a call-back destination, agreed with you.

    On request

  • S2

    Termination with caller ID preserved

The original caller's number (CLI, Calling Line Identification) travels end to end in E.164 format, so the called party sees who is really calling.

    Main service

Both services follow Chilean rules on caller identification. Their final scope, routes and terms are confirmed after your KYC review.

Capabilities

What every ChileVoIP trunk is designed to carry.

  • Chilean concessionaire

DITCOM holds a public telecommunications service concession in Chile and runs its own voice platform, designed to interconnect directly with Chilean networks.

  • DTMF, RFC 4733

Keypad tones travel as RTP telephone-events (RFC 4733), with in-band detection as fallback, so IVRs, PIN entry and voice menus work end to end.

  • Daily number portability

Chile has full number portability. Routing uses portability data refreshed every day, so each call goes to the network that serves the number today.

  • CDRs for reconciliation

Per-call detail records with answer time, duration and release cause, for reconciliation against your own records.

  • SIP interconnection

SIP over UDP, trunks identified by the IP addresses of your SBC, G.711 A-law and µ-law.

  • Know your customer first

Every carrier is verified before anything technical starts: company, registration, website, contacts and traffic profile.

Caller ID, handled with care

The number shown to the called party is how people decide whether to answer, and in Chile it is regulated. ChileVoIP is built so that a presented number is always either the real caller's number or a DITCOM number that can receive the call-back.

That is why every carrier goes through KYC before any traffic is accepted.

S1 presents
A Chilean number assigned by DITCOM to your account.
S2 presents
The original caller's number, in E.164 format.
Call-backs
A number presented in S1 always reaches a destination agreed with you.
Integrity
The platform is designed to carry the caller ID it receives without rewriting it.

Onboarding

  1. Express interest

Send the form below with your company details and traffic profile.

  2. KYC review

DITCOM verifies your company, registration and contacts. Nothing technical starts before this.

  3. Service fit

DITCOM confirms which service fits your traffic under Chilean rules.

  4. Terms

Only then do we share interconnection details and commercial terms, directly with you.

Express interest

This form starts the KYC review. It is not an order, and it does not open tests or routes.

Service of interest

DITCOM replies by email after the review. Data is handled under Chilean law and is not shared with third parties.

Questions

Can we test before signing?

Not yet. Tests open only after your KYC review is complete.

No. Terms are shared after KYC, directly with each carrier.

Which destinations can we reach?

Legal company name, country, company registration or tax ID, website, a named contact, and your expected volume and type of traffic. We may ask for supporting documents.

When will the service be available?
